Located in Old Town Alexandria, the Presbyterian Cemetery and Columbarium offers visitors a beautiful setting to explore over two centuries of local and national history.
We invite you to learn more about this history by experiencing the cemetery through our guided walking tours. These tours offer a unique way to learn more about our grounds, where history and remembrance converge. As you walk among the historic memorials, you'll hear stories of the individuals and families who shaped Alexandria's past. Our tours offer a welcoming and enriching way to connect with the legacy of this special place.
Guided walking tours of the Presbyterian Cemetery and Columbarium and the larger 13-cemetery Wilkes Street Cemetery Complex are available most Saturdays between 11 am and 3 pm. Come discover the exciting history and notable burials within our cemetery, as you discover more about Alexandria's past.
